1. Prohibited activity

You must not use the Service to:

  • break any law that applies to you, to the Service or to any third party;
  • commit fraud, deceive people or systems, or facilitate fraudulent transactions;
  • send phishing, spoofing, scam or social-engineering content;
  • steal, buy, test, validate or use credentials, accounts, sessions or payment instruments that are not yours;
  • run credential-stuffing, brute-force, password-spraying or account-takeover activity;
  • distribute, host, control or communicate with malware, ransomware, botnets, command-and-control infrastructure or exploit tooling;
  • send spam or bulk unsolicited messages, or operate automated engagement that violates the rules of the target platform;
  • launch denial-of-service attacks, traffic flooding, stressers, or any activity intended to degrade or disable a system;
  • obtain unauthorised access to any system, network, device or data, or bypass authentication or access controls unlawfully;
  • create, request, store, transmit or distribute child sexual abuse material or any material that sexually exploits minors;
  • harass, threaten, stalk, dox or incite violence against any person or group;
  • infringe copyright, trademark, database or other intellectual-property rights;
  • evade sanctions, export controls, or restrictions that apply to you or to the Service;
  • facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or the proceeds of crime;
  • scrape, crawl or harvest data where that is unlawful or violates the rights or terms of the target;
  • resell, sublicense or share the Service or proxy capacity without written authorisation;
  • interfere with, probe or overload Proxeta systems, or the systems of proxy, payment, hosting or messaging providers used by the Service;
  • abuse trials, promotions, referral rewards, refund processes or payment systems, including creating multiple accounts to obtain repeated benefits;
  • misrepresent your identity, your location or your eligibility, including circumventing the territorial restrictions in the Terms of Service;
  • use the Service in a way that causes Proxeta or its providers to breach the law or the requirements of a network, registry or platform.

2. Your responsibility

You are responsible for the traffic that leaves your systems through the Service and for the destinations you reach. Proxeta does not monitor the content of your traffic, does not act as your data processor for it, and does not accept responsibility for unlawful use by third parties who obtain access through your account.

3. Enforcement

Where we reasonably believe this AUP has been breached, or where a provider, payment partner or authority requires action, we may, to the extent permitted by applicable law:

  • rate-limit, throttle or temporarily restrict access;
  • suspend the specific order, product or account involved;
  • terminate access for serious or repeated breaches;
  • investigate the incident, including by reviewing internal technical records;
  • preserve records where required by law or where reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, fraud or security incidents;
  • report suspected criminal activity to the competent authorities where the law requires or permits it.

Enforcement decisions are taken proportionately and, where practical and lawful, with an explanation to the account holder. Mandatory rights you may have are not affected by this section.

4. Security incidents

If you believe your account, credentials or an order has been compromised, or that the Service is being used to attack you, contact us immediately so we can help contain the issue. Report abuse, phishing, malware and security incidents through the Abuse Reporting page.
