Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Proxeta Service. They explain what the Service is, what you may and may not do with it, how orders and payments work, and which rules apply when something goes wrong.
- Effective date:
- 26 September 2026
- Last updated:

- Version:

1. Scope of these Terms
These Terms apply to the Proxeta website and to the paid proxy Service offered through it. By creating an account, placing an order or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, including the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of them.
The Proxeta Proxy Manager browser extension is a separate product with its own privacy policy. The account, payment and paid proxy-service provisions of these Terms do not apply to the standalone extension. Proxeta Proxy Manager Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility and age
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use paid parts of the Service.
- You must be able to enter into a binding contract under the law that applies to you.
- You must not be prohibited from using the Service or proxy services under the law that applies to you, and you must not be subject to sanctions that prohibit such use.
- You are responsible for holding the right to use any destination, account, device or network that you connect through the Service.
We do not knowingly provide the Service to persons under 18 and do not market it to children.
3. Territorial Availability and Eligibility
The Service is not intentionally offered or marketed for purchase to persons located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom.
"Restricted Territory" means a jurisdiction or territory in which Proxeta does not intentionally offer the Service for purchase, or in which offering or using the Service would be prohibited by requirements applicable to the Service. The initial Restricted Territories are the European Economic Area (EEA) — meaning the member states of the European Union together with Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway — and the United Kingdom. Additional territories may become Restricted Territories where this is required by applicable law, sanctions, or the requirements of our payment, infrastructure or proxy providers.
If you are located in a Restricted Territory, you are not eligible to register for, purchase, renew or use paid Proxeta services.
By accessing or using the Service, you represent that you are not located in a Restricted Territory and that your access to, and use of, the Service is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you are located. You must not use a VPN, proxy, relay, false location information or other technical means for the purpose of misrepresenting your location or circumventing territorial restrictions applicable to the Service.
Eligibility is determined by these Terms. You are responsible for complying with them, and with the law that applies where you are located, when you access or use the Service.
4. Account and authentication
- Access is provided through a passwordless account: a one-time code sent by email, or sign-in with Telegram.
- You are responsible for keeping access to your email mailbox and Telegram account secure, because they are the credentials for your Proxeta account.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
- You must not share, sell or transfer your account in a way that misrepresents who is using the Service, and you must not use the Service to provide access to third parties who would not be eligible themselves.
- You must provide accurate information where the Service requires it and must not impersonate another person.
5. The Service and its products
Proxeta provides access to proxy infrastructure through third-party proxy providers. Products currently offered are:
- Residential and mobile proxy traffic. You purchase a traffic balance measured in gigabytes. Traffic is consumed as you send data through the proxy. Country, city and operator targeting, rotation and sticky sessions are provided where available.
- ISP static proxies. You purchase a dedicated static IP address for a fixed service term (30 days by default) with unmetered traffic. The address is provisioned by a third-party provider for the selected location and connection format (HTTP and SOCKS5 where available).
Proxy exit locations are provided by third-party networks. Covered locations, available operators and available protocols depend on those providers and can change. Availability of a specific city, operator, subnet or IP address is not guaranteed.
6. Orders and prices
- The price shown at checkout is the price for the product, quantity or traffic volume, and duration selected at that moment.
- For ISP products, prices are calculated from a quote that may expire. If the quote expires before payment is confirmed, the price can change and you will be asked to review the order again.
- Prices are displayed in the currency offered by the product. Cryptocurrency payment amounts, exchange rates and network fees are determined by the payment provider and the blockchain network, not by Proxeta.
- We may change prices, product composition and availability for future purchases. Changes do not affect orders that have already been paid and confirmed.
7. Payments
Payments are processed by third-party cryptocurrency payment providers. Proxeta does not receive or store your payment card or wallet credentials. Payment confirmation, network confirmation, exchange rates and provider fees are controlled by those providers and by the relevant blockchain.
An order becomes effective when the payment is confirmed by the payment provider and recorded in the Service. Until then the order may remain unpaid, expire, or require manual review.
Crypto payments are, in practice, irreversible at the network level. This does not remove any statutory right you may have against Proxeta; see the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
8. Activation, billing units, renewals and expiry
- Traffic products: the purchased traffic balance is credited to your account after payment confirmation and decreases as traffic is consumed.
- ISP products: after payment confirmation the Service requests provisioning from the provider. The service term and expiry date are shown on the order. Provisioning depends on provider availability and may require manual review.
- Renewal of an ISP order is a new paid order. It starts a new service period for the same or a replacement address, depending on availability.
- If a service term expires without renewal, the Service may release the address and stop serving the order.
- We do not automatically charge you. There is no recurring subscription that charges your balance or wallet without a new payment.
9. IP swaps
For ISP orders, the Service may allow replacing the address assigned to an order (an “IP swap”). The current rule is:
- one free IP replacement is available for the entire lifetime of an ISP order;
- renewing the same order does not restore or reset that free replacement;
- for an order with several addresses, the replacement applies to the whole order, and the current set of addresses is replaced together;
- after a successful replacement, the previous addresses and the previous connection credentials stop working;
- a replacement does not change the order expiry date or extend the service term;
- replacement depends on provider availability and capacity, so a replacement may be unavailable or may fail if no suitable address can be provided.
A swap never starts a new paid period: it changes the address assigned to an existing order.
10. Acceptable use
Your use of the Service must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms. It prohibits, among other things, illegal activity, fraud, phishing, credential theft, malware, spam, denial-of-service activity, attacks on third parties, child sexual abuse material, harassment, intellectual-property infringement and sanctions evasion.
11. Your responsibility for destinations and content
- You are responsible for the websites, services, accounts and networks you access through the Service, and for the data you transmit.
- You must have the right to access those destinations and must comply with their terms and with the law that applies to you.
- You must not use the Service to obtain unauthorised access, to evade authentication, to commit fraud, or to interfere with systems you are not permitted to use.
- Proxeta does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, services or content.
12. Suspension and termination
We may rate-limit, suspend or terminate access, and may investigate suspected abuse, where we reasonably believe the Service is being used in breach of these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, applicable law, or the requirements of our providers and payment partners, or where necessary to protect the Service, our users or third parties. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the reason. We may preserve records where we are legally required or where reasonably necessary to investigate abuse.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Unused traffic balances and remaining ISP service terms are handled according to the Refund and Cancellation Policy and applicable mandatory law.
13. Availability and maintenance
The Service depends on third-party proxy networks, telecommunications infrastructure, our own hosting, and payment and messaging providers. We aim to keep the Service available but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we do not guarantee any specific uptime figure. Maintenance, provider incidents, network problems and capacity limits may interrupt or degrade the Service.
14. IP geolocation, reputation and third-party websites
IP addresses have characteristics that Proxeta cannot control: geolocation databases may place an address in a different city or country, addresses may be flagged or blocklisted by third parties, and websites may block, rate-limit, demand verification or refuse access regardless of the proxy used. We do not guarantee that any particular website, service or account will accept traffic from any particular address, and we do not guarantee a specific detection or reputation result.
15. Third-party providers and infrastructure
Proxy capacity is delivered through third-party providers, and payments, email delivery and Telegram authentication rely on external services. Outages, policy changes, pricing changes, capacity limits or account decisions of those third parties can affect the Service. Where a provider restriction prevents delivery of an already paid product, we will use reasonable efforts to provide an alternative or an appropriate remedy consistent with the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
16. Intellectual property
The Proxeta name, the Service interface, documentation and software remain the property of their respective owners. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose during your service period. You may not copy, resell, sublicense or reverse-engineer the Service except as permitted by applicable law, or resell proxy capacity without written authorisation.
17. Support and notices
Support is provided through the support center and the Proxeta Telegram bot. Notices we send you may be delivered inside the product, by email to the address on your account, or through the Telegram account you used to sign in.
18. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and subject to the section on mandatory rights below, Proxeta does not make additional warranties beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded, and in particular does not warrant uninterrupted operation, a specific detection or reputation result, access to any particular third-party service, or the availability of a specific address or location.
19. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Proxeta is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity, or third-party claims arising from your use of the Service, from addresses provided by third-party networks, or from services you access through the Service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot be excluded, or mandatory statutory consumer guarantees. This section must always be read together with the section on mandatory rights below.
20. Mandatory rights preserved
Nothing in these Terms removes, reduces or replaces rights and remedies you have under mandatory provisions of the law that applies to you, including mandatory consumer protection, cancellation and withdrawal rights. Where this document says “to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law”, that means these Terms apply only as far as that law allows.
21. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the product, the law or our providers change. Every version is dated and versioned at the top of this page.
- non-material operational changes may apply prospectively after the updated version is published, where the applicable law permits that;
- where applicable law, or the nature of a material contractual change, requires your affirmative acceptance, we will ask for that acceptance before the change applies to future paid use;
- a purchase that has already been paid remains governed by the version that applied when the order was made, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
If you do not agree with an updated version, you may stop using the Service; mandatory rights in relation to orders you have already paid are not affected.
22. Governing law and disputes
These Terms do not designate an exclusive governing law and do not require you to bring a dispute in an exclusive forum. Rights and remedies that the law applicable to you grants on a mandatory basis remain unaffected.
If a dispute arises, please contact us first through the support center so that we can try to resolve it directly.
