Data Rights
This page explains the data rights you may be able to exercise and how to make a request. Which rights you have depends on the law that applies to your request; we describe the process honestly rather than promising a universal right where none exists.

1. Rights you may have
Where applicable under the law governing your request, you may be able to:
- obtain confirmation of whether we process personal data about you, and a copy of that data (access);
- ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- ask us to delete data that we no longer need or are not entitled to keep, subject to legal retention obligations;
- ask us to restrict certain processing while a question is resolved;
- object to processing based on our legitimate interests;
- receive the data you provided in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format or ask for it to be transferred where that is technically feasible (portability);
- withdraw consent you previously gave, such as consent for referral attribution storage;
- lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection authority where applicable.
Some jurisdictions also provide specific rights to know, to correct and to delete personal information, and to opt out of sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
2. How to make a request
- Contact the Proxeta support center or the Proxeta Telegram bot.
- Tell us which right you want to exercise and enough detail for us to locate your account (for example the account email address).
- We will acknowledge the request and explain any additional step needed.
3. Identity verification
We must be reasonably sure that a request comes from the person concerned, so we may ask you to confirm control of the account email address or the Telegram account linked to it. We ask for the minimum information needed for that check and we do not demand identity documents by default. If we cannot verify a request, we will explain why and what alternative verification is possible.
4. Limits and exceptions
- We may keep certain records where retention is required by law, needed for accounting or tax purposes, needed to resolve a dispute, or necessary to prevent fraud and abuse.
- We may refuse or limit a request where the law permits, for example where it would infringe another person's rights or reveal a trade secret.
- Deleting your account removes or anonymises account data, but does not automatically cancel an active ISP order; contact support if you want an order terminated as well.
- This service does not provide a self-service data-export endpoint. Requests are handled manually by a documented internal process.
5. Timing
We aim to respond without undue delay and within the period required by the law applicable to your request, where such a period exists. Complex requests may need more time; if that happens we will tell you and explain the reason.
6. Withdrawing cookie consent
Withdrawing consent for referral attribution is immediate and does not require a request: use Cookie Settings in the site footer. See the Cookie Policy.
Where applicable, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection authority. If you would like us to explain how a request or a complaint is handled in your case, contact us through the support channels above.
