Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains what happens when you change your mind, when an order cannot be delivered, and how statutory consumer rights interact with digital service purchases.

Effective date:

Your mandatory rights are not affected.

Nothing in this policy removes, limits or replaces rights you have under mandatory provisions of the law that applies to you. Where this policy and mandatory law differ, mandatory law prevails.

1. What you are buying

Proxeta sells digital services that begin to be performed immediately: access to proxy traffic and, for ISP products, provisioning of a dedicated static address for a fixed term. These are not physical goods and nothing is shipped.

2. Residential and mobile traffic

  • You purchase a traffic balance measured in gigabytes. The product begins to be performed as soon as the balance is credited and you start sending traffic.
  • Because traffic is consumed progressively, the value already consumed by you cannot normally be returned.
  • Unused traffic that was credited but never consumed is evaluated case by case: if the Service did not deliver what was purchased (for example the paid balance was never credited, or service was unavailable for reasons attributable to Proxeta), we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include restoring the balance or refunding the corresponding amount.
  • Traffic balances are personal and tied to your account.

3. ISP static proxies

  • An ISP order is a fixed-term service. After payment is confirmed, the Service requests provisioning of a dedicated address from the proxy provider for the selected country and connection format.
  • If provisioning is technically impossible (for example, no address of the required type is available from the provider), we will offer a replacement, an alternative location, or a refund of the amount paid for the part of the service that was not delivered.
  • Once the address is provisioned and delivered to you, the service term has started and the service is being performed. A change of mind after delivery does not automatically entitle you to a refund of the elapsed or delivered part.
  • If the provider releases or replaces an address because of a provider-side issue, we will use reasonable efforts to reprovision or replace it. Where the product cannot be delivered for the remaining term at all, an appropriate refund of the undelivered part is provided.
  • Renewals are new paid orders. The same rules apply to the new term.

4. Orders that are not delivered

  • If a payment is confirmed by the provider but your order was not created or credited, contact us — we will reconcile the payment and either deliver the order or refund the amount.
  • If a payment remains pending or fails at the provider, no service is created and no charge should settle; you can start a new order.
  • If an order remains in manual review, we will explain the reason and either complete it or refund the amount paid.

5. Immediate performance

At checkout you are asked to confirm that you request performance to begin immediately after payment confirmation, and you are told that mandatory cancellation or refund rights may depend on the applicable law and on the part of the service that has already been performed. That confirmation does not remove any mandatory right you have.

6. How to request a refund

  • Contact the Proxeta support center or the Proxeta Telegram bot.
  • Include the order or payment identifier visible in your account, the amount, the currency and the reason for the request.
  • We may ask for the minimum information needed to verify that the request concerns your account and order.
  • We will confirm the outcome and the reason. Where a refund is due, it is returned through the same payment method or provider where that is technically possible.

7. Crypto payments

Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed at the network level and exchange-rate or network-fee losses are outside our control. This affects the mechanics of a refund, not your mandatory rights: where a refund is due under this policy or under mandatory law, we will agree the practical method with you (for example, a return transfer in a comparable cryptocurrency, or an account credit where you prefer it).

8. Chargebacks and abuse

Requests that rely on fraudulent payment instruments, stolen funds or misrepresentation of a delivered order may be refused and reported where the law allows. Refusing an abusive request never affects a genuine mandatory right.

9. Contact

Refund, cancellation and billing questions are handled through the Proxeta support center and the Proxeta Telegram bot.
